To begin the exchange authorization process, you must contact us at info@tbomapparelcom within 3 days of receiving your order. We will request you provide photographic proof of the product error or shipping damage to the product. If the exchange is accepted we will provide instructions on where to send your package. items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Items for exchange must be returned within 7 days in the same condition as it was received. Return shipping charges are non refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
