Due to on going delays, shipping time can take anywhere from 7-15 business days (this does not include weekends)
TBOM is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If USPS tracking shows that the item was delivered to the address listed on the order. unfortunately we will be unable to refund or give credit for your order amount.
TBOM takes pride in the quality of our products. If your product has a manufacturing defect or damage ---- Please contact us immediately so we may begin the exchange process. No refunds, exchange only.
To begin the exchange authorization process, you must contact us at tbomapparel@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. We will request you provide photographic proof of the product error or shipping damage to the product. If the exchange is accepted we will provide instructions on where to send your package. items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Items for exchange must be returned within 7 days in the same condition as it was received. Return shipping charges are non refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
